Walk This Way

Simply go walk a few minutes (I would personally recommend an hour a day) to realize how much walking speeds the flow of thoughts.  To reflect, meditate, find solutions or make a decision, nothing like a little stroll to get them neurones going.  Get out there.  Let life surprise you.  Smile at a perfect stranger.  You’ll feel something.
